Ferguson & Nichols traces its roots to 1963, when Robert Ferguson started practicing law in Springvale, Maine. His office was on the second floor of the bank building right in the square. He was joined by his daughter Donna in 1995 forming Ferguson & Johnson, P.A.. His son David joined them in 2002.
With Robert’s retirement, the firm renamed itself Ferguson & Nichols and plans to continue to provide general legal services in Sanford for years to come.

Real estate transactions
Representing both buyers and seller, whether you have a broker or not, we can assist you in getting the transaction completed. We provide title insurance through First American, will conduct closings at our office or travel to yours and strive to always meet our clients’ timelines.

Attorney Nichols provides experience in representing parties in divorce, parental rights, child support and other family matters. She also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem.
